In this course, you learn to use 500g clay to produce cylinder forms, shape with a wooden tool, trim, pull handles for your cups and glaze using dipping and tape resist method.
301 Wheel Throwing – 1kg Plate Form
In this course, you learn to centre 1kg of clay using the coning method, make 2 different forms of plates and learn to center by tap centering.
302 Wheel Throwing – Lidded Forms Part 1
In this course, you learn to make 2 different lids, trim and assemble a teapot.
303 Wheel Throwing – Lidded Forms Part 2
In this course, you learn to make 1 form of lid, create a rim for drop set lids, make a closed from jar.
304 Wheel Throwing – Jugs
In this course, you learn to create a spout on a wheel thrown vessel, trim it and produce same size cups.
