“Janji” means “promise” in the Malay Language. This piece reminds us of the need to renew our promise to ourselves each day- to live life worthy of ourselves. To greet the promise that each new day holds with love and laughter. Crafted in stoneware clay and decorated with a brush strokes of white slip. This piece was fired in a wood fired kiln for 36 hours.
