This course will equip students with basic wheel throwing skills. Wheel throwing is a method of pottery making with the use of a potter’s wheel.
This combination course comprises of the 2 compulsory basic wheel throwing courses.
This course is suitable for those who want to learn a new skill as a hobby or for self enhancement purposes.
In this course, you will learn to:
- make cylinder forms (e.g. cups);
- make bowl forms;
- trimming of cylinder and bowl forms;
- glazing of cylinder and bowl forms; and
- take home up to 20 pieces of self-made pottery.

No prerequisite required.
